Melissa was bone tired. She had not slept much since returning to the Zion. There had been much to do. After the prisoners had been secured and accounted for she and Carter had begun an analysis on what went wrong.

One of the issues that they both agreed on was the need to relocate the armory. Clearly, keeping the ships store of weapons on the same level as any prisoners was a design flaw when they built this ship. She would assign Carter the task of relocating the Armory.

Melissa put down her PADD. She had had enough for now. He was tired, cranky and had not eaten today. In truth she threw herself into her work because she felt that she should have been here to help her staff recover the ship, she never should have left the ship with so many dangerous prisoners. She felt guilty.

Rubbing her eyes she got up and left Security. She decided that she would have a bite to eat at Miranda's. She was just outside Miranda's when she literally ran into Chief Silvio, who fell to the floor.

"Chief," said Melissa as she helped him off the floor.

Silvio tried to get his eyes to focus on Melissa but there seemed to be three of her. "Melissa," he said rather informally. "Don't let her give you the orange ssstuff," he said jerking his thumb over his shoulder towards Miranda's. "It iss the devil'ss juiccce." Silvio swayed so much that Melissa thought he would fall over.

"Are you ok," she asked.

"I'm fine," he slurred as he staggered past her towards the turbo lift. "Just need to get sssome ssleep. I am going to hate messself in the mornin."

Melissa watched him stumble away not sure if she should laugh or help him to his quarters. In the end she decided he could make it on his own and went into Miranda's. She waved at Miranda and took a seat at a table near a large window. She peer outside at the vastness of space.

"Can I get you anything"

Melissa turned her attention to Miranda who was standing by her table. "Silvio says I should not take the orange stuff. Whatever than means."

Miranda laughed, "Ok, no orange stuff. Our human special is pot roast, potatoes and carrots."

"That sounds good I will take that," said Melissa.

"Coming right up." Miranda bustled off to get her order.

Melissa continued to gaze out into space. The last few weeks had been difficult and she did not know what was coming as a result of the prisoner revolt. She had not heard if the Captain was going to conduct and official investigation or not. She has submitted Sam and her report.

"Here you go," said Miranda. She placed the food in front of Melissa. She also placed a glass in front of her. Miranda then uncorked a ornate bottle and poured a clear liquid into the glass.

Melissa looked at the glass and then to Miranda, "I really am not in the mood for drinking tonight."

"Drink it," said Miranda, "It is not an intoxicant. It is meant to refresh you not dull your senses."

Melissa looked picked up the drink. "Well it is not orange."

"Yes, well Silvio needed to have his senses dulled a little. You do not," replied Miranda.

Melissa took a drink. It had a surprisingly fruity flavor. It was light and just as Miranda had promised, refreshing. "This is good. What is it called?"

Miranda smiled, "It is Pacifican Ambrosia. I am glad you like it. I will leave the bottle." Miranda placed the bottle on the table. "Is there anything else I can get for you?"

"No thank you," said Melissa as she took another drink. "This is very good."

Miranda nodded and left Melissa to her meal. Melissa ate her meal and finished the bottle of ambrosia then went to her quarters where she had the best nights sleep she had had in a very long time.
