The door closed behind Riann. Zoie crossed to her desk, detouring past the end table where her glass was left. She settled into her chair, took a sip of her tea, and said "Computer, begin report Ensign Riann, Stardate 58202.26 12:20.
After consultation with Ensign Riann, the following findings were determined:
1. Ensign Riann has issues controlling her anger.
2. Ensign Riann appears to have issues separating her current status with her past behavior.
3. Ensign Riann expresses concerns over her transfer to Operations.
4. Ensign Riann expresses no remorse for past actions, and has no apparent hesitation in repeating past behavior.
Recommendations to the Captain:
1. Ensign Riann represents an unstable presence on the USS Zion.
2. Ensign Riann's past behavior will most likely dictate future behavior by the Ensign. Extreme caution is recommended when reviewing Ensign Riann's future placement on the starship.
3. Additionally, recommend Ensign Riann, should the Captain choose to keep her on the USS Zion, work under close supervision with a Chief of strong character and personality since, according to her own statements, she has a strong respect for authority figures when they have a bonded experience together.
4. Finally, recommend Ensign Riann for continued outpatient treatment for anger management.
