Wright stood outside holodeck 2. He scanned the display and found that the marines were training on board an Akira class ship. Wright figured that they were running a boarding part simulation.

Wright entered the holodeck. He found himself standing in a corridor. There appeared to be no one present. Wright could hear the sounds of battle, so he headed in that direction. The lights suddenly went out. Wright groped his way down the hallway. A Phaser blast impacted the wall above his head. Wright instinctively crouched down and continued down the hallway.

The sounds of battle grew louder and Wright could now see heavy phaser fire ahead. As he approached, he was grabbed from the side. "Commander," said a marine, "Get down. What are you doing here?" The marine signaled to his men and they closed around Wright.

"I came to see how things are going," whispered Wright. Wright was impressed that the Marines did not even break role. They treated his arrive the same way they wold if it happened for real.

"You picked a bad time," he replied. A group of federation marines came around the corner. Madriani's men wasted no time in putting down the federation men. "I'm Second Lieutenant Wilkins said the young marine as he took the weapon from a dead federation soldier and handed it to Wright, "Here you better take this."

Together he and the Marines made there way through the the ship. They encountered several small skirmishes along the way. They were slowly making their way to main engineering. The closer they got they tougher the battle became. Finally, his small group met up with the larger force and descended upon main engineering. After an intense battle they proved too much for the federation men and took control.

Madriani entered the Engineering section and visually surveyed the scene. Forty-Six Minutes, execution was nearly perfect he noted. Except...Commander Wright was present.

One of the Marines promptly approached him with a salute. Engineering secure SIR!" A moment later his combadge chirped, "Bridge is secured Sir." Acknowledge he answered.

He approached Commander Wright, "Wilkins!" barked Madriani.

"Yes Sir?" he said snapping to attention.

"Status?"

"Sir we attained our objective and found the Zion's XO and secured him as well."

"Good Job Wilkins." Madriani turned to Wright, "Commander, how are you?" asked Madriani.

"Very good Major. I have been drilling with you men. I have to say that I am impressed," said Wright with a smile, "Very impressed."

Madriani smiled briefly, "I appreciate that Commander, but if you will excuse us, we have more work to do."

Wright nodded, "Carry on Major."

Madriani saluted Wright and turned barking, "Wilkins!"

Wilkins snapped to attention, "Sir!"

"Please assemble a team and get the XO to the extraction point ASAP."

"Yes Sir!" he replied with a salute.

A team of Marines promptly surrounded Wright. "Are you ready Sir?"

Wright nodded. The marines were ready, he thought, as they left engineering.

Madriani watched as the team escorted Wright to safety, he returned his attention to the drill.
